While at BOOM! Studios, I worked on a wide variety of comics and graphic novels, with a particular focus on their young adult imprint, BOOM! Box. I also worked in the Archaia, BOOM! Studios, and KaBOOM! imprints on titles such as Girl on Film, Run Wild, and Labyrinth (Archaia), The Magicians, The Space Between and Stuff of Nightmares (Studios), and Just Beyond, WonderPony, and Regular Show (KaBOOM!).
Within the BOOM! Box imprint, I worked closely with imprint founder and lead editor, Shannon Watters. During my time as an assistant and associate editor, I worked on every or nearly every book the imprint put out. I also brought in pitches, managed the day-to-day business of scheduling, Previews, providing assets to teammates, and maintaining relationships with creators, while helping to scout new writers, artists, and colorists whose work would fit the vision of the imprint.
